1913 Ford Model T Speedster Ford never actually made a Speedster in factory but as with all cars, that was left to the speed demons of the time and the results were impressive. This 1913 Ford Model T Speedster has a top speed of 45 miles per hour (mph) and gets 25 miles per gallon (mpg). It has a 177 cubic inch (ci), 20 horsepower (hp), side-valve, four-cylinder engine with a reverse-flow cylinder head. The engine is paired with a two-speed planetary transmission, a one-barrel carburetor, and a rear axle with 3.77 gearing. The Model T Speedster also has a crank start, solid steel framing, mechanical drum brakes, and a 100-inch wheelbase; in addition an electric starter was added to save your arms! She sports period brass lighting, along with a brass radiator shell, offering the top quality features of the time. Please look at the photographs of the undercarriage as they show how fantastic the wood floor is and also the great condition of the car all round. Paint condition is good, with only a few areas with scratches etc. The wooden cockpit is in very nice condition and she runs and drives very well; she is ready for a new home.
