Upgraded in-dash radio — AM/FM/CD player installed for modern audio convenience
Tilt steering column for a more comfortable, adjustable driving position
Z28 carpet floor mats protect the carpet and add a factory-correct finishing touch
A/C present for comfortable cruising in warm weather
Chassis & Equipment
88,236 documented actual miles — a verifiable, low-mileage example by any measure for a car of this age
All the options you’d want: T-tops, A/C, power steering, power front disc brakes, tilt column, and upgraded audio
The combination of mechanical and comfort upgrades makes this a Z28 that drives as well as it shows
The Driving Experience
Drop the T-tops, roll the windows down, and grab gears — there is no better way to experience a late-seventies Camaro, and this one does all of it exactly right
The 350 V8 and 4-speed manual are a matched combination that rewards the driver at every speed
The exhaust note, the shifter, the red bucket seats, and the open sky above your head create a driving experience that only these Camaros and their era can deliver
Low documented miles mean this car drives with the confidence and feel of a machine that hasn’t been worn out — everything works the way it’s supposed to

I’m I seeing it or note. Looking at the dash pad, what I can see in pictures and the video it appears across the top it’s somewhat stained under the windshield and has minor creaks in corners like I experienced with my 77 that I know want to replace. OR I’m I not correct? Thanks
Hello and thank you for your interest! The dash on the Camaro has one small crack and there is some slight discoloration near the middle due to sun exposure.
It looks like every other 1979 we’ve had, and when I look up 1979 Camaro Z28s, they all have these stripes so I’m not sure how to answer your question.
I have a 1979, factory original and the stripes and emblem layout is different. It doesn’t matter, I was just curious why the 1980 layout was used after the repaint instead of what is correct for a 1979. Maybe the ’79 stripe kit was no longer available?

I have sold 26 items (and counting!) on ACC, and I have to say that the ACC site is powerful and easy to work with and Joe is friendly, professional, supportive, and responsive. ACC has been great for my business!! I would highly recommend ACC to anyone looking to sell their vehicle.

I have purchased multiple vehicles through ACC auctions. I have a real passion for classic rare stock performance vehicles. ACC has managed to list some very unique cars, some of which I’ve been fortunate enough to win at auction. I’ve always received extraordinarily punctual high-quality service when I had questions or needed support through a transaction. I’ve even recommended friends marketing vehicles to use ACC auctions to assist them with their transactions. If I recommend them to my friends, I would certainly recommend to anybody!

I love how with ACC, they keep working with the buyer and seller to try to get a deal done even after the live auction ends. They really work hard to make sure both sides end up happy.

Joe and his team are always a pleasure to deal with. They are quick to answer any questions or concerns that a seller or buyer would have. Always willing to work with the seller and buyer to make a sale happen. The auction site is easy to navigate and user friendly. I have been dealing with Joe for many years and would highly recommend him and his team.

I’ve sold a couple cars through ACC Auctions and have experienced very satisfactory results. I find the process to list a car, place bids, and ask questions or make comments extremely simple, which is greatly appreciated by those who didn’t grow up with modern technology. The greatest benefit, though, is having the ability to communicate directly with the person in charge, Joe, and receiving timely responses. I don’t find this easily available with most widely known auction sites.

I am so happy with my experience buying from ACC. I appreciate the reserve meter which allowed me to plan ahead. The auction did not meet reserve but ACC helped me & the seller reach a very fair deal. The spent 3 days with me and the seller to get it done so everyone was happy! A+ work, unlike any other auction site out there!

Of all the sites I buy from, ACC’s post auction dealings are far the BEST! They are so far ahead of bring a trailer and the others, it’s incredible!!!!

ACC Auctions has been a wonderful resource for us and our dealership! The process of listing vehicles on ACC Auctions is very simple and the wide exposure has helped us reach more buyers and get more cars sold. There have been times where reserves have not been met, but even after the auction has ended Joe works very hard trying to put deals together that work for both parties. And in many cases, he’s been successful. We can’t say enough about how much he cares about his customers and how hard he works to be a world-class auction site!

Have been doing auctions with ACC for years and have sold several cars with them. They go the extra mile and work hard on getting the cars sold.

We really appreciate how ACC continues to work with both parties even after the live auction has ended. They were able to help us reach a deal with the high bidder 4 days after the auction ended, a deal that was fair for both sides and everyone was happy. Hard working staff at ACC really seemed to care about helping us get the sale completed even though it was not a high dollar sale that would make them much on the buyer’s fee. Will use again and will be recommending to my friends!

Joe and the team at ACC are a pleasure to work with. Joe goes above and beyond and has been a great asset to our company. I look forward to many more auction sales!

Does it have or has it had rust
The camaro is a nice solid original car. Nothing has been repaired and hidden.
Why 1980 emblems and stripes? Repaint?
It looks like every other 1979 we’ve had, and when I look up 1979 Camaro Z28s, they all have these stripes so I’m not sure how to answer your question.

Ok, well again in my searches, that is what every 79 looks like. But if you’re not interested, I’m not going to keep digging into it. Thanks!
