Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is pleased to present this late year production (10D) 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS. The 1967 Camaro was more than just Chevrolets answer to the 1st Generation Ford Mustangs, it was the beginning of Chevrolets dominance in the segment. Derived from a French word meaning "Comrade" or "Friend", the Camaro was quickly recognized as a friendly word for sports car buyers looking for a true value. The 1st generation Camaro has always delivered performance in a wonderful package, and this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS 350 continues that storied tradition! This 67 is as original as it gets with Factory A/C (not blowing cold), factory power steering, factory 350CID V-8 and the factory 4 Speed automatic. The Red standard buckets (741,Z) split down the middle with the center console along with the red headliner, door panels, dash pad and carpet contrast nicely against the Tuxedo Black paint job with the white sport stripe on the nose. One look at the list of factory options on this trim tag shows just how special & highly-collectible this RS/SS really is. The deluxe three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer. Auxiliary gauges for fuel level, engine temperature, oil pressure and battery charge are located on the center stack ahead of the shifter. This 1967 Camaro RS/SS is undeniably a true American classic! Cars of this caliber are becoming harder and harder to find, and now is the opportunity to be one of a select few to own a true piece of American automotive history.
