1966 Mustang Fastback Restomod one-of-a-kind, custom designed mustang Shelby tribute fastback conversion, with a functioning rear liftback with a panoramic glass roof. All steel reinforced fiberglass side panels, floor/trunk panels and a removable backseat. New front valance. New brake lights, turn signals, bezels, new headliner, front seats, arm rests, door handles, dash pad, 8 -Car was recently repainted with DuPont Auto paint in Wimbledon White and Championship Blue, the original Shelby colors, went over with several coats of Dupli-Color clear coat and enamel. - Rebuilt 250 cu inch inline 6 cylinder from a 68 Ford Falcon installed by Willard Automotive last summer, less than 300 miles on it. I only had a 1.9 mile commute to work on an ABC series last year. And thats about the only place I drove it on nice days. - C4 transmission was rebuilt, replaced vacuum modulator valve, dipstick, kickdown cable...needs a new pan gasket, its got a slow drip... maybe didnt get a good seal when it was rebuilt/installed in September 2020. I keep type F auto transmission fluid in the trunk. - New radiator, belts, water pump, thermostat, hoses, wiring harness, turn signal switch, headlight switch battery, ignition switch, and fuel lines, fuel tank, fuel filter, system. - All new brake system, new brake lines, master cylinder, new spindles, drums, rebuilt rearend, and some new suspension parts including ball joints, control arms, idler arm. - New exhaust system cherry bomb glass pack, straight front pipe off a 2 header, running out to a side pipe behind passenger door/rocker panel . - Repainted white with blue racing stripes. - Engine has less than 300 miles on it. I do have a new pertronix II igniter, coil and pertronix power relay so you dont have to bypass pink resistor wire under dash. I havent put it on yet...been meaning to. CJ Pony sent wrong igniter and I finally got the correct one...but points and condenser are brand new...so Im leaving em in for now.

Where is vehicle located? If you want to find out the location of a vehicle, please call us between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, we have staff standing by to help you in every way possible.
Can I Speak directly with the owner? With all the rising scams on Craigslist and other sites, sellers list with us to protect their privacy. So in most cases the owner only wants to talk with ClassicCarDeals and we deal with the buyer, but there is a rare occasion where we can do a 3 Way phone Call with the owner. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
Is The Car Available? The inventory on our site changes all the time, so there may be a small number of cars that will be sold when you call.
