If you are looking for a Corvair to get you through a corner at speed and pull hard out, you found fit. This setup gets boost in first gear at 2,600 RPM. It was a nut and bolt restoration by me with over 40 years of restoration experience. The car shows well and was featured on a poster for a worldwide promotion of a local singing group. I have a binder which is about three inches thick and full of receipts to back up my claims. VDO GPS speedometer will need to be hooked up. I have the sender installed but had back surgery and was not able to complete the wiring as I can no longer contort my body to access the lower steering column bolts. I have additional photos of the restoration I can share with you by contacting me at [email protected]
