1957 Ford Ranchero...Recently serviced and a GREAT running car...Licensed for the street, drive it home! OVERVIEW: First Year of Model Production This Ranchero is part of an estate liquidation. has been owned by the family for many years and it has been professionally maintained by a knowledgeable mechanic in Costa Mesa. It has been a daily runner for most of the time, And still is. This great truck rarely left the confines of Costa Mesa, Newport Beach California. This truck was one of Harry�s favorite rides. It has always been trust worthy since the rebuild. The sheet metal is all original and well fit, almost no dings or dents! But there is some substantial rust so check the pictures carefully. Interior of cab is clean and neat. Upholstery is original shape and torn, cove red by a blanket. Clear CA Title and current registration. This Ranchero has a great harmonic going down the road, smooth. Builder mechanic is available for conversations. MILEAGE: 94,148 miles showing on the working odometer. PAINT: Original paint in ragged condition. Check the pictures. Front hood and clip from a donor. SHEET METAL: Sheet metal is in over all in good condition, Straight with limited dings, and some major rust in a few places. CHROME: Front bumpers appears new chrome and the remainder is in good shape. MECHANICAL: This Ranchero is in excellent mechanical condition. Professionally serviced and the rebuilt engine is a 400 ci from a mid 70�s ford. This engine was installed 3 years ago. It had a leak in the pan so a new one was installed. The engine was reviewed and in good shape and runs super with a great harmonic balance when driving. The transmission was rebuilt by a professional shop in 2020 and reinstalled with new clutches. It is a 3 speed with over drive. The brakes are updated with a 1968 Mustang master cylinder, and they do a good job stopping! This Ranchero runs and drives great!
