This Mercury was fitted with a new 502/502 polished ram jet crate motor and a 4L80E trans, I felt the engine did not fit my perspective of a lead sled so I replaced it with a new Blue Print 383 stroker motor with AL head and roller rockers. Holley black frontrunner with PS, Air, and 140amp alt. I also added a Edelbrock 3x2 manifold with 3 Stromberg chrome US built Carbs, Headman headers and electronic ignition system, since it had a fuel delivery system for a ram jet we changed the pump over to a low pressure pump and left the return line in place. We also used the 4L80E in place with its control module. The new motor has 300 miles on it and yes I do have the 502/502 if need be as a separate item.
Next is the interior, stitched by J and S interiors, powered 4 way front bucket, with custom consul and gauges, all leather and suede interior with floor and ceiling lighting. Vintage super cooler keep it nice and comfortable in the Florida summers as it has front and back seat outlets, tons of room for the back seat riders. Look in the trunk, kill switch with charging ports if needed, and a 400 amp stereo with electronic crossovers and truck mounted woofer all on a pull out tray. There is a cover just took it out for pictures, PW and no leaks, black weave carpet completes the inside package except for the Goose head shifter and Hula girl riding in back.
