Redwood came out in 2010 to provide luxurious RV’s for its customers. One of my friends passed away a year ago and his wife asked me to help her sell this unit. They live in Canada and kept this in a nice RV park outside of Kerrville to have a place to go in the Hill Country It has the built in fireplace, huge flat screen TV and multiple slides. It has the more expensive paint scheme The wood interior is nice with lots of storage.
There is a little scrape on the driver’s side rear and the flares above the passenger side tires has come loose. For the most part it is a nice looking RV. She told me The couch and chair had defective materials and the leather or whatever it is started peeling. It would look better to replace them. The rest of the interior is nice with the split level floor plan. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and lots of storage and it’s own flat screen TV.. She said this was around $150,000 new. It has all the owners manuals as well. Thanks for looking
