Proxy Bidding by Request

ACC Auctions is happy to offer a proxy bid option if you cannot be available during the end of one of our auctions.  The process is simple:

• Locate and click the "Request Proxy Bidding" link in the bidding area of each auction listing.
• A window will open asking you to enter your Max Bid Amount and to choose your preferred bidding strategy.
• ACC will confirm your request and email you the contact info for the person handling your bidding.
• Bids will only be placed on your behalf over the reserve if there is at least one other active bidder above the reserve, and will be placed in minimum increments.
• ACC will notify you by email if and when you are outbid.

Please note the following:

• Please only use this feature if you absolutely cannot be available for the end of an auction.
• Requests for proxy bids must be submitted with at least 15 minutes remaining in the auction.
• You must be a registered bidder in good standing with ACC Auctions.
• Requests cannot be cancelled or reduced unless a significant error was discovered on the vehicle listing. (ie: Manual instead of Automatic)
• Any request to increase a Max Bid Amount must be submitted through the form as a new request.
• Your Max Bid Amount does not include the 5% buyer's fee, it pertains to the purchase price only.
