Carfax report
in June of 2019 our beloved Mustang was involved in a minor accident in which it struck a fence. The impact caused minor cosmetic damage to the front bumper and passenger side exterior.
There was no apparent structural or frame damage, and no other vehicle was involved. It was professionally repaired and looks great.

Undercarriage rust, care to elaborate?
Has fluids been changed. Battery? Belts and hoses?
from the seller:
Just had mechanic go over it. Told him to replace anything needed. He did oil change, added a New battery.
Car has been well maintained with oil changes and maintenance on time.
Candidly it was babied.
