BEAUTIFUL 1978 Trans Am, A.K.A. Gloria!

This T/A was originally delivered to Andy Klein Pontiac in Overland Park, Kansas, and has remained in the Kansas City area ever since!

This is a very original, numbers matching 400/4-speed Trans Am in great condition! A PHS report and build sheet found on top of the gas tank are included in the sale.

Refinished in its factory Platinum color in 2019 with correct charcoal/red hood decal. Factory Black Lombardy Cloth seats. Interior is all original other than headliner and center console lid. The body and paint are in great condition. Highly optioned from the factory with power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, tilt wheel, WS6 special performance package, air conditioning (needs new compressor, but all of the parts are there).

Powered by its original, numbers matching L78 6.6 Liter 400ci V8 (recently rebuilt) mated to the factory M21 4-speed transmission (rebuilt 2 years ago, new clutch, flywheel, etc.). This car has an amazing sound system consisting of a Retrosound head unit, custom dash speakers, Infinity 6x9s, Alpine 12 subwoofer, and Orion amplifiers. The car has new shocks, leaf springs, swaybar, and the brakes have recently been gone through.

Can you please post the paperwork for the recent engine rebuild? I’d like to know what was done, because it looks like the engine was never detailed, if it was removed from the car.
