It’s the 4th picture from the end of photos provided. Appears to be drivers side underneath front fender and behind front wheel before door.
Oh, I see. No, that is a designed relief in the frame. There is one just like it on the passenger side. The driver side in the pic you are referring is just surface rust around that opening. I will get further photos, but won’t be until Monday as I am out of town.

Hi Mike. The auction house added two photos I took to the gallery. It wasn’t rust at all. It was just dirt. I cleaned it with 409 which why it is shiny, but no rust.
