Professionally built and customized with less than 900 miles since completed in 2013. This spectacular VW Hot Rod is loaded with high-end components and custom features.

 

1970 Volkwagen Beetle V8 Powered

 

The car is powered by a 1976 Chevy 350CI/420HP machined, balanced and blueprinted 4 Bolt main engine bored .60 over coupled with a 350 Turbo automatic transmission.

Rear gear ratio of 3:42. 4 wheel disc brakes all around with with 1976 Ford Truck Master cylinder and 2001 Chevy Blazer S-10 front and rear-end. Engine is chromed out and is situated in the front of the vehicle in an immaculate compartment and outfitted with a 600 CFM Summit Carb, ceramic coated headers

HEI Distributor, Northern aluminum radiator, 16 inch fan 3300CFM and a Fuel injection system that can be adjusted and controlled via a digital screen mounted on the dash as shown.

Car is wired with a 21 circuit E-Z wiring harness with all wiring neatly packaged in Heat shrink. Exterior of the car is in overall excellent condition and has many custom features including louvered hood and has been painted in a flawless 2011 Ford Fusion Blue Flame that really pops.

All paint materials used were PPG products. Custom interior that started with heat and noise padding under carpet throughout and featuring custom Dodge Neon bucket seats wrapped in black leather with tasteful blue stitching and matching custom hand-built rear seat.

Custom Tilt manual steering wheel, custom built dash with integrated Sumitt Digital gauges, 1966 Ford Mustang Shifter and Kenwood stereo and speakers. Underneath the car is flawless and features 11 gallon rear mounted gas tank, coil over shocks and springs, 2 and a half inch Magnaflow exhaust system that sounds incredible.

Car rides on BF Goodrich tires mounted on Coys custom wheels, 5×15 in the front and 10×15 in the rear. This is a very well built top-of-the-line V8 bug with a true hod rod stance that turns heads and drives and performs 100%. Needs nothing but a new owner who appreciates great builds and who will drive and enjoy.

      Titled as 1970 VW Beetle. Previous owner built it as a show car/hotrod and said he didn’t want to sacrifice HP with AC. Owner has many cars and only drives each occasionally. Thanks.
