1950 Ford Woody Station Wagon, Entry level original motor was a 226 ci 6 cy this car car came with the the stock upgrade 239 ci Flathead V 8. The transmission is a stock 3 speed manual on the column. 100 H.P. top speed 82 M.P.H. This wagon has the 3rd row seating. This car comes from a area when consumers confidence was high and buyers were clamoring for the latest offering from car manufactures. 4.4 L Natural asperation 3rd-row seating all Original wood made at the iron MTplant were Henry Ford bought 400,000 acres of Michigans iron Mt forest as a source of lumber  each wagon required 150 hand made wood parts weighing 200-300 more than metal cars these were all hand-built out of maple and birch wood once they were put together  it was cleaned sanded and ran through the varnishing prosses many times this was one of the most labor-intensive hand-assembled cars in 1950 the mahogany panels were replaced by plastic vinyl  the iron mt plant is now a county airport in the town of Kingsford Michigan this is all original never changed from its original condition
