Where are the switches for the lights and heater motor?

What are the bolts for that show in picture 34 that are spring loaded?
They can be seen next to the exhaust pipes coming down through the floor.
What is the relay for on the right side of the firewall?

I’m confused about the seat tilting forward. Are you referring to the seat back? If so, it looks like those springs would only allow a very small amount of play. Is this so things can be stored behind the seat?
Will you be able to show the hood tilted forward and some engine pictures?

Is this so things can be stored behind the seat? (( THE WHOLE SEAT FLIPS UP SO YOU CAN PUT STUFF BEHIND IT. THE SPRINGS JUST MAKE IT RETURN. ))
