Up for sale is a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro ZL550 Indy 500 Pace Car — a rare collector’s piece and a standout example of American performance. Built by Street Legal Performance (SLP) for the 2010 Indianapolis 500, this is one of just six ZL550 Indy Pace Cars ever produced, and notably, one of only two equipped with an automatic transmission. It comes with full documentation, including dyno sheets from SLP and the original window sticker.

The exterior is finished in eye-catching Inferno Orange with bold white racing stripes and official Indy 500 graphics. It features HID headlights with halo rings, fog lamps, and a functional Performance RTM hood with fascia close-out panel. ZL550 badging and dual exhaust outlets complete the aggressive look. The paint is in outstanding condition and has been meticulously maintained. The car sits on exclusive 20″ Red Line wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires (245/45 front, 275/40 rear).

Inside, the cabin continues the race-inspired theme with black leather seats accented by Inferno Orange inserts and Indianapolis 500 embroidery on the front headrests. Additional interior details include contrast stitching, matching trim on the dash and door panels, and ZL550-branded floor mats. A full gauge package includes oil pressure, oil temp, transmission temp, and voltage, in addition to a 180-mph speedometer and tachometer. Features include a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated power front seats, air conditioning, and a Boston Acoustics sound system with CD and satellite radio.

Under the hood is a supercharged 6.2L V8 equipped with a Magnuson TVS2300 supercharger, Blackwing cold-air intake, Loud Mouth axle-back exhaust, and custom engine covers. The engine produces 550 horsepower and sends power to the rear wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission and limited-slip differential. Enhancing the driving experience are optional Brembo brakes with cross-drilled rotors, SLP’s Sport Suspension Spring Package, and adjustable sway bars. The airbox is signed by David Hamburger, former Director of Marketing at SLP, underscoring the car’s authenticity and significance.
