To comment or ask questions on a vehicle you need to create a free user account at this page.

You can register to bid by entering your information on this page. You will receive an email confirming your bidding status and you will be allowed to place a bid. If you don’t see the email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder as these emails often are labeled incorrectly as spam.

You simply type in the amount you would like to bid. If it’s higher than other bids and there is still time on the clock, you become the high bidder. Bidding advances immediately to your entered amount. The bid you place in the bid box will become the new high bid and the amount you will be responsible for paying should you win the auction.

If you win an auction we charge 5% of the final bid price on top of the winning bid.

The 5% buyer’s fee is paid via the buyer’s card on file at auction close. The final transaction for the winning bid amount is between the buyer and the seller. At the close of auction, the winning bidder and seller will receive each other’s contact information via email. We recommend that the seller send the buyer a photocopy of the title and a bill of sale prior to the buyer sending payment, and we recommend a wire transfer.

You can subscribe to receive email auction updates by clicking into an auction listing and selecting the WATCH button at the top.  Click the WATCH button again to stop watching.  You may also subscribe to our daily auction email by clicking here.

The seller will have the option to re-list the vehicle at auction again with a lower reserve price.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for. We have a couple of recommended shipping vendors which you can see here.

It’s common in online auctions for buyers to use special software to enter a bid in the very last seconds of the auction to outbid others without giving them a chance to respond. During the last 10 minutes of ACC Auctions, the clock resets to 10 minutes after every bid. This happens until no more bids are placed and the auction ends. This gives everyone a chance to place their bids and gives sellers a chance to sell to the true high bidder.

We do not cancel bids on the site. Please be very careful when placing your bid.

We announce when a vehicle is being offered at No Reserve by putting that information in the listing title. Apart from that, you can’t see information about a vehicle’s reserve. We don’t like the kinds of bidding games this information encourages.

In cases where reserve is not met, we do not share other user contact info or broker deals after the close of auction.

All offerings through ACC Auctions are for auction only. There are no Buy it Now (BIN) prices and sellers cannot sell vehicles outside of a live auction. If you wish to purchase a vehicle make sure you’re the high bidder!

During the live auction you will only be able to communicate with the seller by using the comments area.  The winning bidder will be emailed the sellers contact information once the auction is over.  *if a seller is unresponsive in the comments, you can contact us and we will relay your message to the seller.

The cost is $99.99 for a 7 day auction.  *We GUARANTEE that your car sells by offering the only true "Risk-Free" auctions.  If your vehicle does not sell during the auction, you receive a Premium ACC listing for FREE!  Our classified ads are Run-til-Sold, which means no matter how long it takes, your ad stays live until the vehicle sells!

NO.  We do not charge a seller's premium on the sale like most auction houses do.  Simply pay the entry fee to list your car with ACC Auctions and that is all you will ever have to pay!

Visit the Place an Ad page and select the Online Auction listing type. You will be able to provide us with all the selling points requested as well as photos and a video. Once received, we will review your vehicle and let you know if it’s selected for the auction and if we need any additional information.

Let’s face it we want vehicles that people desire, the ones that will attract attention and gather the most bids. Just like when you purchased your car, we want someone to have that same excitement as you did. We want to auction cars that people have been looking for and may bring back some sort of an emotional connection. We want cars that are going to be loved, driven or showed off at the local coffee and cruise. We will review your description, photos and if it has a reserve or not. We’ll get in touch with you with whatever decision we make.

We usually have a quick turn around and can review and verify your information within 48 hours and then schedule that auction to begin after that. No need to worry as we are here to help you through this process.

You know the car best but remember that we are here to help. You provide all the info that we request, then we will review so that it is consistent with the quality standards that ACC is known for. We may take it just as you have listed it or we may make some suggestions that will help it sell.

When an auction ends with a winning bid, we collect the buyer’s fee and we get the buyer and seller together to work out between themselves the financial details and delivery process. We don’t want to hold up the process of you getting your money and the buyer getting their car. We do suggest that you send the buyer a copy of the title and a bill of sale and that you request a wire transfer before sending any original documents. We will do what we can from our end to assist, such as recommending a trusted shipper, insurance provider, or collector-car finance firm.

A reserve is the lowest price the seller will take for your vehicle. It is agreed upon between you and the ACC Auctions team before the auction goes live. We’ll work with you to set a reasonable reserve. If you want to lower your reserve after the auction starts, you can absolutely do that as it will help the chance your car will sell. If you want to run your car with no reserve, we can do that, too. No-reserve auctions tend to attract additional attention and drive bidders wild, so we’re happy to accommodate those listings.

We would prefer to make every attempt to get the listing correct the first, rather than make any changes that would change a live auction. If you do have additional information that must be disclosed then you can add it to the comments section at the bottom of the listing, with a note stating that these changes were added. You will also be able to answer bidders’ questions in the comments section of the listing in addition to be able to add requested images, videos, or copies of documents as requested.

Sure! If your auction doesn’t sell, we can run it through again if you are willing to lower the reserve. We also provide a discounted re-auction listing at only $49.00

Once an auction goes live, it runs for 7 days. The only stipulation is if a significant change to the vehicle occurs, such as damage or theft. We also require that a listed auction lot not be offered for sale anywhere else for the duration of our auction.

If your vehicle is not selected for auction, you will be refunded in the amount of $35 so that you only pay for a Run til Sold listing at in the amount of $64.99 for "The Works" package.  ACC listings
