ACC has managed to list some very unique cars, some of which I’ve been fortunate enough to win at auction. I’ve always received extraordinarily punctual high-quality service when I had questions or needed support through a transaction. We really appreciate how ACC continues to work with both parties even after the live auction has ended.  They were able to help us reach a deal with the high bidder 4 days after the auction ended, a deal that was fair for both sides and everyone was happy.  Hard working staff at ACC really seemed to care about helping us get the sale completed even though it was not a high dollar sale that would make them much on the buyer’s fee.  Will use again and will be recommending to my friends!

I find the process to list a car, place bids, and ask questions or make comments extremely simple, which is greatly appreciated by those who didn’t grow up with modern technology. The greatest benefit, though, is having the ability to communicate directly with the person in charge, Joe, and receiving timely responses. I don’t find this easily available with most widely known auction sites.
