1994 Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet with 93,000 original miles — a classic hand-built convertible in excellent condition. Powered by the M104 3.2L inline-6 engine producing 217hp, paired with a smooth-shifting 4-speed automatic transmission and a 3.07 rear axle. Finished in striking new red paint, the exterior is in excellent overall condition.
The black leather interior with burled walnut trim is in very good condition, showing some wear including a tear on the driver’s seat (stitching to be repaired prior to delivery). The electronic dash retains a wealth of monitoring lights while keeping classic analog gauges for speed, tach, oil pressure, fuel, temperature, and clock.
Features include power steering, power disc brakes, power windows, power seats, power antenna, and a power-locking trunk. The black power convertible top works perfectly and comes with a perforated wind deflector and rear headrests. An aftermarket AM/FM/CD stereo is installed, and the car includes manual seatbelts, front airbags, and a clean carpeted trunk with safety kit and Mercedes tool kit.
The undercarriage is very clean, featuring a newer dual-exhaust muffler. Suspension consists of independent double wishbone coil springs up front and independent 5-link coil springs in the rear. The car rides on four-year-old Michelin Defender radials mounted on factory 15” Mercedes-Benz alloy wheels in excellent condition.
This E320 Cabriolet drives smoothly, handles well, and has been meticulously maintained and garage-kept. It’s ready for many more miles, likely another 150–200k. Stored in Massachusetts with a clean title in the owner’s name.

Still waiting for reply “One more clarification please, in the video I can see that the left side seat belt handing is not working as well as the right side one is not clearly showing in both video or photos.
Please confirm that both sides seat belt handing mechanism are working properly”.
Correction and Update – The Driver and Passenger Seats have been recovered. Thanks.
In your start video, the CHECK ENGINE light should come on, then go off. It does neither. Meaning someone removed the bulb. This is a red flag. Car will NOT pass smog if so. This signals it also has other issues. I had this happen on an E320 Cab that I bought where a crafty mechanic removed the bulb. Ended up being a clogged EGR Tube and other things and a few thousand later, it ran better and passed smog. Also, pic 96 show an oil drip. What is it? The Emergency light is missing for the roll bars on the dash. Is it pushed in, or missing? A CarFax is $40 dollars. Why not provide it? I provide them on all vehicles. Oil pressure gauge is NOT working in the video. Seat belt presenters seem to both be NOT working. Once I see a person not showing something, I begin to pick it apart. When these are on point, they’re wonderful cars. When they’re not, You’ll spend thousands fixing someone else’s issues. The top hydraulics alone are thousands of dollars.
You are welcome to arrange an inspection if you’d like

Hi again, in the absence of CarFax could you please let me know if the car been in any accident before?
Owner says car was tapped on the rear bumper 23 years ago. Carfax may or may not show this.
Per owner, the car wiring harness has not been replaced although the car has always been maintained by the Owner’s business fleet mechanics. Had regular service earlier this year. Auction Company will post 2 pics with top up. Thanks.
Photos of the top up have been added to the end of the photo gallery
