Here we have a 1972 Cadillac Eldorado for sale. The ’71-’72 Fleetwood Eldorado did exactly what it set out to do. And that was to embody the luxury and comfort that Cadillac had always been renown for. The styling became iconic and the one we have for you is a stunning example of a gorgeous classic that’s sure to turn heads! In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of this Cadillac.

1972 Cadillac Eldorado

We will start off with the exterior of this ’72. The body on it is in phenomenal condition, all the panels have a great fit, and we can see the body lines flow beautifully from the front to the rear. Everything is covered in the St. Moritz Blue paint that is the factory option for it. We can also see it sports the White Vinyl top which is also the factory option. The paint has a beautiful finish that has been polished to deep rich shine and has the white pin stripes to accent it.

We love the gorgeous styling of this early 70’s Cadillacs as they sport a ton of Chrome and Stainless. From the bumpers to the side molding every piece on this ’72 has a brilliant shine and finish. It also sports the Skirts that are in great condition. To finish off the look it’s sitting on the factory style wheels with Hub Caps and White Line Tires.

Next, we will look at the interior of this Eldorado. The two-tone white and blue color combo flows perfectly with the exterior. A lot of it looks to be original and is in phenomenal condition. The door panels are beautiful and feature the wood grain accents along with having Power Windows and Power Door Locks. The seats look original and feature the power front bench seat with fold down arm rest. We can see the carpet and headliner are both in great condition and have an excellent fit still.

Looking at the dahs you’ll notice it also has the wood grain accents that are very nice. All the factory gauges are working, and we can see the dash is beautiful. It also looks to have the factory steering wheel that is tilt. This is a really well-kept car and we can even see that the factory lights are working in the door panels and sail panels. Inside the trunk is all rock solid and it has the factory liner along with having the spare and jack.

Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Cadillac. Under the hood it all looks solid as well from the inner fenders to the radiator support and firewall. The power comes from the factory 8.2L V8 engine that’s set up with the Quadrajet Carb. This 500 is dressed like it would have been from the factory with the original valve covers and air cleaner. It’s a factory AC car that comes with Power Steering and Power Brakes with Disc on the front.

This is a front wheel drive vehicle, and it handles excellent on the highway. For exhaust it has manifolds with the Single Pipe and Muffler. The V8 runs through the THM 425 3 Speed Automatic Transmission. When you look under it, we can see that the floors are all rock solid along with the frame with no signs of abuse or damage. On the highway this Cadillac achieves the luxurious feel that it was designed to embody. Don’t miss out on this stunning Eldorado!
