1941 Ford Deluxe Convertible

With its wind-swept design and classic good looks, Ford’s Deluxe series has always been a rare and highly desirable line of cars. Not surprisingly, gearheads, customizers and 70 years’ worth of dedicated fans have elevated it to one of hot rodding’s greatest cultural icons. And this awesome convertible has, with the help of a thorough, ground up restoration, been transformed into one smooth-driving automobile. Fords for 1941 were much more modern with a wide body that nearly covered the running boards. The front and rear fenders were still pronounced, but were now integrated more into the body and the headlights were pushed all the way up and out over the front wheels. The 1941 grille was a three-part affair with a tall center section bookended by twin kidneys low on the fenders and vertical bars all around. The 1941 Convertible had no rear side windows, the only side windows being in the doors.

This super clean ’41 Ford Deluxe Convertible has been well kept for the past 5 years. The blue exterior with the white interior and top is a really nice color combination. Powered by a Flathead V8 and backed by a 3 – speed manual gear box attribute to this ’41 Ford really running out great. The car was repainted in 2018 and shows well. The exterior chrome and stainless is in great shape. The wheels were painted and are wrapped with period correct white wall tires. The interior was redone prior to ownership and is in great condition. The trunk is complete with correct spare etc. There has been a lot of maintenance done during ownership such as: new wiring, wheel bearings, solenoid, master cylinder, ignition coil, condenser and points, front & rear brakes, gas tank, battery, water pump, thermostat, front shocks, fan relay, oil filter, heater hoses, oil sender, power gear, and steering king pin. This is a well maintained 1941 Ford Deluxe Convertible!
