1930 American Austin – one of the more unique and charming vehicles to grace American roads, the American Austin Bantam was produced from 1930 to 1934 and remains a standout among early compacts.

This example has been beautifully preserved and refinished in a classic blue and black color combination, highlighted by a tan accent stripe along the sides. The body is in excellent condition, and the glass throughout is clear and intact, including a tilt-out front windshield. Both front and rear bumpers present well, and the grille, headlights, and rear-mounted spare tire with center brake light all add to its vintage appeal. It’s riding on factory-style wheels wrapped in Goodyear tires.

Inside, the car features a matching blue interior with coordinating seats and door panels. It retains the factory-style steering wheel and original rubber American Austin floor mat. The dash is clean and well-preserved, with gauges and trim showing very nicely.

Power comes from the original 750cc flathead 4-cylinder engine, paired with a 3-speed manual transmission. It still runs on the original 6-volt electrical system. This American Austin Bantam is a rare and delightful piece of motoring history—ready for shows, parades, or any collector looking for something truly different.
