This stunning 1955 Pontiac Star Chief has just completed a full restoration and is road-ready. It’s been stored indoors, routinely maintained, and thoughtfully upgraded with both performance and comfort in mind.

Under the hood, you’ll find a built 350ci V8 with a mild cam, Edelbrock aluminum intake, Edelbrock 4-barrel carb, electric ignition, and a March serpentine belt system. The engine is paired with a rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission and a 10-bolt rear axle featuring a new Detroit Locker with 3.43 gears.

Additional mechanical highlights include power steering, power front disc brakes, an aluminum radiator with electric cooling fan, Vintage Air climate control, a new 2.5-inch dual exhaust system, and an electric fuel pump. The fuel system has also been upgraded with a new tank.

This Star Chief rides on a fully rebuilt Camaro subframe and features updated suspension, springs, and shocks for a modern feel. It sits on brand new Foose 18-inch wheels wrapped in fresh tires. Wiring has been upgraded throughout with an American Auto Wire system, and a Canton aluminum catch can has been added under the hood.

Inside, the car is just as fresh. It features new upholstery throughout, including seats, carpet, headliner, and door panels. An Ididit tilt column and aftermarket steering wheel make driving more comfortable, while the hidden CD player in the glove box keeps the dash looking classic.

The exterior is finished in a vibrant Viper Red, and the paint shines beautifully. Panels are solid and straight, with good lines and panel fitment—no rust, bubbling, or concerns. The underbody is clean and solid with no signs of rot or damage.

All electronics work as they should—lights, gauges, wipers, and the sound system are fully functional.
