Check out this beautiful 1951 Chevy Deluxe 2-door coupe with a rare 261 high compression – 1959 truck engine! It features a dual Offenhauser intake, two new NOS matching Rochester carbs, a split Offenhauser exhaust manifold, and two great sounding Smitty glass packs. The car is painted in a dark blue metallic color and has a meticulously done grey leather interior.

Other features include a 3-speed manual transmission, turn signals, backup lights, a working clock, Moon tack, fresh tires with American Racing mags, an Eclipse stereo system with front and rear speakers, a completely rebuilt brake system, power rack and pinion steering, and rear air shocks.

This car has undergone a complete restoration on an originally rust-free car. It is a truly rare old school hot rod that purrs like a kitten but can roar like a lion when wanted. You won’t be disappointed with this car!

  • rocksinger says:

Why the gauges under the dash? I presume somebody did a lousy job converting to 12 volt?? Presume the original amp, temp, oils pressure do not operate??

Are the “clips” for the fender skirts still in place?? Can the fender skirts be installed on the car??

    • hoey says:

THE GUAGES UNDER THE DASH ARE BACKUP SINCE TEMP. AND OIL PRES. ARE CRITICAL.
THE 12V CONVERSION WORKS PERFECT. IVE INCLUDED PICTURES WITH CAR NOT RUNNING AND RUNING SHOWING THE GAS GAGE, AMP GAGE AND OIL GAGE , ALL WORKING.
THE CLIPS ARE ON THE CAR AND THE CLAMPS ON THE SKIRTS. I WILL PUT ONE ON AND INCLUDE PICTURE. THANKS TED
