I am so happy with my experience buying from ACC.  I appreciate the reserve meter which allowed me to plan ahead.  The auction did not meet reserve but ACC helped me & the seller reach a very fair deal.  The spent 3 days with me and the seller to get it done so everyone was happy!  A+ work, unlike any other auction site out there!

I’ve sold a couple cars through ACC Auctions and have experienced very satisfactory results. I find the process to list a car, place bids, and ask questions or make comments extremely simple, which is greatly appreciated by those who didn’t grow up with modern technology. The greatest benefit, though, is having the ability to communicate directly with the person in charge, Joe, and receiving timely responses. I don’t find this easily available with most widely known auction sites.

We really appreciate how ACC continues to work with both parties even after the live auction has ended.  They were able to help us reach a deal with the high bidder 4 days after the auction ended, a deal that was fair for both sides and everyone was happy.  Hard working staff at ACC really seemed to care about helping us get the sale completed even though it was not a high dollar sale that would make them much on the buyer’s fee.  Will use again and will be recommending to my friends!
