This custom 1930 Ford Model A originates from a renowned custom builder and craftsman from Pennsylvania. Beyond its solid construction with numerous new components, it boasts striking handcrafted copper finishes throughout.

Starting with a 1930 Ford Coupe, the car underwent significant modifications, including a 3 1/2-inch chop, new subrails from the door back, new inner wheel wells, floor, panel behind the rumble lid, lower panel, and top wood. The body customization includes 1950 Pontiac taillights, a fully customized 1932 grille by Master Engraver Tay Herrera, and commercial headlights.

The chassis features a custom 1932 Ford frame contoured to match the Model A body shape, with channel and tube cross members, pinched front, and bobbed front and rear frame horns. Powering the vehicle is a late model Ford flathead engine with Edelbrock heads and intake, new Stromberg carbs, water pump, Powermaster power generator, offy oil filter, and Walker Radiator, paired with a new GM T5 5-speed transmission with hydraulic clutch.

The interior showcases beautiful full leather upholstery, including a custom seat using a rebuilt Model A seat frame with square weave carpet and leather upholstered rumble seat. It’s equipped with new Stewart Warner gauges.

The front suspension features a forged 4-inch dropped axle (drilled), 37-41 spindles, GM brakes, custom backing plates with scoop, P & J hairpins, steering arms, etc., all antique copper plated. The rear suspension includes a 9-inch Ford rearend with 3:50 POSI, 11-inch drum brakes, ladder bars, panhard bar, Aldan coilovers, all powder coated.

The car rides on Wheelsmith 16×6 3-inch BS wires mounted with Firestone 500-16 ribbed tires in the front, and 17×7 Wheelsmith 4-inch BS wires mounted with Firestone 820-17 grooved tires in the rear. This exceptional one-of-a-kind build is something you’ll be proud to own, drive, and showcase.
