“””The 1957 Ford Thunderbird is widely considered the absolute pinnacle of the “”Baby Bird”” era. It represents a flawless intersection of mid-century American optimism, sophisticated European sports car proportions, and Detroit muscle.
This 1957 Ford Thunderbird represents the year Ford perfected its personal luxury icon, presented in classic Colonial White with a white vinyl soft top and a coveted blue porthole hardtop. The recipient of an older, high-quality restoration, this legendary two-seater remains in exceptionally good condition throughout, from its brilliant paint to its bright chrome and well-appointed cabin. Powered by the 312 cubic inch V8 and rich with factory options, this Thunderbird is a rare opportunity to add a true collector cornerstone to your stable.

According to the data plate shown in the photos, the car was delivered to a Ford dealer in Virginia in monochromatic “triple white” (white exterior, white interior, white hardtop), and in this case probably a white soft top, but you can’t tell that for sure from the data plate. To know for sure, you would need to see the original factory invoice.
Assume the car is mileage exempt but do have any history to determine how miles it had before the odometer crashed? How are all the electronics? Windows, seat, gauges, wipers, radio? Any work needed? I am an active bidder on this Bird
@rkneen – We do not have any information regarding mileage of this Thunderbird other than what is shown on the odometer. We do know that the radio is inoperable in the car. Also, the driver’s window is not operating correctly but we have scheduled a mechanic to come it to fix it. The car does leave some drips on the floor when sitting but it runs and look great.
