What is the HP rating? Compression rating cam specs? Also what gears are in the rear end?

Not 100% sure but thinks it 10.5:1 compression ratio on the cam

also he has not gone through the AC to know if its just the charge but he believes thats the case, the AC system is all there and the small collector he purchased it from just has not used the AC in some time.
why is the A/C not charged? It is a very simple thing to do? Maybe it does not work?

This car is a loaded 69 with almost every option. It has PS PB PW AC tilt column, leather and side exhaust. Not a documented car but a fantastic driver with all those options. GLWTA
