This beautiful 1956 Chevrolet 210 Hardtop Coupe has just emerged from a large private collection and awaits a new owner. It has always been stored in a temperature-controlled environment and placed on a vehicle lift when not in use. Under its hood lies a Chevrolet ZZ4 crate engine, a 350 small block performance motor known for its street capabilities. Designed to run on 92-octane pump gas, it delivers reliable horsepower for years to come. Generating 355 hp with 418 lb-ft of torque, boasting a 10.1:1 compression ratio, and featuring a solid cast iron foundation and aluminum cylinder heads, the ZZ4 is matched with an automatic transmission and posi rear axle.
This ’56 model is equipped with power steering, front disc power brakes, dual exhaust, aftermarket aluminum radiator, electric ignition, VDO aftermarket gauges, 20-inch 5 spoke polished aluminum wheels, newer Nitto tires, and an aftermarket stereo system. Its exterior is in great condition, free from rust, bubbling, or areas of concern, with well-maintained turquoise paint and chrome/brightwork/moldings. All glass is chip and crack-free, and both chrome bumpers are in good condition. Inside, the turquoise seats, door cards, headliner, kick panels, sail panels, rear tray, and carpet are all in good shape.
The underbody presents equally well, showing no issues or concerns. Lowered 2 inches with front drop spindles and rear lowering blocks, this ’56 is a turnkey vehicle requiring nothing but a new owner.
I have left links below to about 300 photos and videos totaling about 20min of the entire vehicle.
