"Here we have a 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 SCJ Drag Pack for sale. This is 1 of only 531 Super Cobra Jet Drag Pack optioned vehicles ordered. It comes with the framed Elite Marti report and features the Matching Numbers driveline while having been redone in the factory color scheme. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of this Ford but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

First, we will start with the exterior of this Mustang. We can see that this car has been redone in the Base Coat Clear Coat Paint. The factory Light Pewter Metallic paint does a beautiful job of accenting the body lines on this '71. It's been buffed and polished out to a gorgeous finish that's complimented by the iconic Mach 1 Stripes running down the side of the laser straight body. This is a J Code option with the Ram Air hood that is functional. We can also see the black accents down low that carry around the back where we can see it has the dual pipes out the lower valance. All the glass seems to be original and in very good condition along with the seals. All the trim is in great condition along with both the rear bumper. The front bumper has been painted to match the rest of the car and the grill is in excellent condition. Also, we can see that it has the iconic front and rear spoiler along with the original Omeara tag from the dealership where it was originally bought from. This vehicle is sitting on a nice set of Magnum 500 wheels. These wheels are 15x7 and have been paired with Cooper Cobra Radial GT Tires.
Next, we will move to the interior of this Mach 1. The interior looks to be highly original and is phenomenal conditioin. Some components were replaced at the time of the restoration, and what wasn't replaced is stunning. It features Ginger Knitted Vinyl Mach 1 Seats that really accent the Pewter Body beautifully. We can see it still has the factory seat belts along with having the correct center console that houses the automatic shifter. We can see that we have factory gauges that are in excellent condition. It has had the tach added along with a new oil pressure gauge to better track the engine. We also have the factory radio and speakers in this vehicle. The center console is in good condition with no signs of any tears or cracks. The dash is also in good condition with no signs of fading or cracking. Both Door panels have a beautiful wood grain accent that is surrounded by a chrome strip along with an remote mirror control switch. This Mustang has the original steering wheel as well. Both the headliner and carpet in this Mustang is in excellent condition as well and all has a beautiful fit. Inside the trunk we can see that it is all solid and is detailed out in the factory plaid trunk mat along with having the spare and jack.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Mustang. Under the hood we can see that this car has always been meticulously cared for as the inner fenders and firewall are rock solid and. The cooling system has been upgraded to a new radiator with electric fan, but does come with the original radiator and fan. The power comes from the matching numbers 429 J code engine. It's detailed out in the factory color and dressed with the original valve covers along with having the factory air cleaner and badging. This Mustang does come with Power Steering and Power Brakes that feature Disc on the front. The 429 is set up with the factory intake D00E 9425 C with OD21 date code and the original Holley D1Zf-9510-XA Carb with 063 Date Code. For exhaust it has the factory manifolds that flow through the factory pipes but have had Borla Mufflers installed with new pipes out the back. The 429 is mated to the original C6 Auto Trans with the factory PJC-G Tag, and is mated to the factory 9"" Rear that has the factory tag as well. The gears have been swapped from the factory option 3.91 to the 4.11 gears but we do have the original 3.91 gears that came out of it. On the highway this Mustang is guaranteed to turn heads while also giving you a great driving experience.
