Black Tie Classics

The ultimate 69 Camaro, equipped with a monstrous 468 Chevy Big Block, running an Edelbrock Performer RPM manifold and an Edelbrock 750 Performer carb that has been tuned for street performance. Engine has a mild cam that produces the much wanted muscle car rumble, and has factory exhaust manifolds running through Thrush turbo mufflers, and 2 1/2 pipes that exit at the rear. This is a car that you can show, drive, or just stand back an look at with a smile. It is a 69 Camaro Yenko Replica with a 468 Big Block. The car looks even better in person that the pics, and drives super nice. There is nothing that the car needs except a new owner to love it! I bought a great car in excellent shape, and made it even better. I went through and replaced the water pump, radiator, and fan as I was expecting to add Vintage A/C, but just didn't get to it. The car had a Holley carb, that I didn't like so I switched to an Edelbrock, and it runs fantastic. Starts by just bumping the key! The car sounds awesome with its thumpy cam, and with turbo mufflers it is a pleasure to drive. Great oil pressure, cool running at (180 deg) and steers and stops like it should, this car is a blast to drive, and turns heads everywhere it goes. The car had a TH350 that had some leaks, so I pulled it and put in the correct TH400 with a 2,700 stall, and a shift kit. I went through it from front to back and changed or replaced anything that I felt wasn't 100%. The car is truly amazing, and there are no paint or body issues. The paint is super deep and shiny, probably one of the very best things about the car, and I would rate it a solid 8.5 paint quality. It catches your eye in person and looks amazing just standing still. It's the period correct Lemans Blue. Car is equipped with (4) 15" Cragar Grey 5 spoke with new BFG Radial TA tires As I wanted to create a very reliable crusier I have replaced all of the below in the last 6 month.
