"Cruisin Classics is proud to present this absolutely spectacular 1965 Pontiac LeMans ""GTO Tribute"". This car started its life as a Teal Turquoise LeMans with a 326 V-8, 2 barrel carburetor, and automatic transmission, but it's a whole lot more than that now! This beauty is now dressed in a deep, glossy Burgundy Mist (PPG#50700, 1965 Pontiac color) paint job that looks fantastic at any distance. The front end is simply iconic with vertically stacked quad headlights, a split grill with Pontiac logo at the center, and faux air vents on the hood it looks fast sitting still. The front bumper is in excellent condition and gleams in the light, as do the headlight bezels. Great looks continue down the long laser-straight sides of the car with dual chrome side mirrors, wheel lip molding, drip rail molding, chrome rocker covers, bright window molding, and like-new GTO badges on the fenders and rear 1/4's. Around back you'll find wrap-around rear tail lights that blend into a black and chrome rear trim piece above the shining rear bumper with integrated reverse lights. The gas cap is hidden behind the rear license plate holder. This Pontiac has a great stance as it sits atop grey steel 6-slot Rally wheels with center caps and beauty rings wrapped in Hankook Optimo H725 tires. A lot has changed under the hood since this car rolled off the assembly line. The incredibly clean engine bay is now home to a freshly painted 1970 Pontiac 400ci V-8 (code XH 350hp) topped with a correct 1965 intake and 1965 tri-power carburetors. Chrome valve covers and air cleaners add some contrast to the blue block. Exhaust flows through 1965 cast manifolds through Flowmaster 40 series mufflers to create an awesome sound. The 400 is mated to a 1968 Muncie 4-speed with a 1965 Hurst shifter that puts the power down via a 10 bolt rear with 3:08 Posi gears. Also under the hood you'll find a power steering unit, a dual resevoir for the manual brakes (disc/drum), a correct GM washer fluid bottle (not hooked up), and newer under-hood matting. When you open the drivers door the courtesy light illuminates the black OEM correct GTO interior. The door panels are both in very good condition and feature arm-rests, crank windows, carpeted bottoms, and GTO badging. The black vinyl bucket seats with Pontiac logos are very comfortable and show no wear. The back seat looks equally as nice and is flanked by arm-rests, ashtrays, and window cranks. Above is a tight black vinyl headliner and below is new looking black hook and loop carpet topped with black vinyl Pontiac floormats in the front and rear. All of the glass is excellent with no scratches or pitting. The windshield and rear window appear new while all of the sideglass has original markings. The driver is treated to an OEM 1965 Pontiac 2-spoke steering wheel with horn ring, chrome accent bands, and a Pontiac logo in the center. The correct GTO dash features a woodgrain surround for the gauge cluster and climate controls. There is a 120mph speedometer with checkered flag logo, an 8K tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and water temp. The heater blows hot and the fan works as it should. Below the woodgrain is a ribbed chrome section with knobs for lights and wipers, a lighter, an ashtray, and a working factory AM radio. The passenger side of the dash features a grab-handle with GTO badge and a glovebox containing the original protecto-plate and owners manual. Up above are dual visors and a rear-view mirror with day/night switch and down below is a Hurst shifter with black boot and white pattern shift ball. The drivers brake, clutch, and e-brake pedals all have chrome surrounds for a sporty look. Around back you'll find a very clean trunk with a very rare ""retractable"" light under the lid. It can be slid out of it's holder so you can shine it directionally where you want. Also in the trunk is a vinyl mat, a factory jack, and a full spare on a rally wheel. We also have for this car a copy of the build sheet, title history, and a framed 1965 GTO color advertisement. There are a ton of GTO tribute cars out there, but there are a rare few built to this level - it is really as close as you can come to replicating a 65 GTO. This is an excellent opportunity to buy a GTO tribute that's nicer than most GTO's for a fraction of the cost! Don't let this one pass you by!

Here at Cruisin Classics, we understand that you have many options when choosing where you purchase your classic, muscle or collector car and we would like to thank you for considering us.
Cruisin Classics has been buying and selling cars for many years.. The majority were your average daily drivers but our passion has always been in muscle cars and hot rods so in 1996, Cruisin Classics built a 56,000 sq.ft. showroom located in Columbus, OH that they still operate out of today. All of our vehicles are hand-picked and selected to ensure they fit our inventory. This facility is now arguably one of the best-stocked collections for sale in the US housing hundreds of unique automobiles all under one roof. We invite you to our facility! There is something for everybody when you come to visit.
After years of serving as central Ohio's premiere classic car dealer at Cruisin Classics Auto Sales, we saw an unfulfilled need that was not being met for our clients. We loved helping match our clients with the classic and American muscle cars of their dreams. But what about after the purchase? We recognized that our clients needed a trusted resource to continue to care for their classic vehicles. It did not sit well with us that our valued clients and their incredible vehicles were being outsourced to, sometimes several, third-party resources for maintenance and performance needs. We also wanted to help the many people that we had met over the years who already owned classic vehicles which were in need of restoration, upgrades, and maintenance. Too often, we were seeing vehicles with so much potential left sitting in garages under covers because their owners did not know who to turn to for such specialized work. It is our goal to offer our clients a truly comprehensive, seamless, and enjoyable classic car ownership experience, from purchase to maintenance to storage. Thus, Cruisin Classics Performance Center was born. We have cherry-picked the most talented, experienced, and passionate team of technicians to offer our clients a true one-stop-shop solution for any and all of their classic car needs. Our honest business model has lasted almost 25 years to date and Cruisin Classics has a worldwide reputation as one of the best in the business.
Outside of the shop, this business has afforded us the opportunity to be actively involved in our community and fulfill our goal of supporting several local and national organizations that hold a special place in our hearts. We are proud sponsors of the Kiwanis Club of Columbus, the Columbus USO, Honor Flight, Special Olympics, multiple car clubs, and much more.
In conclusion, 100% customer satisfaction is our main goal. Always has been.. always will be. We would like to invite anyone considering one of our vehicles to come to our beautiful facility to inspect the car in person or send somebody on your behalf.
