Gateway Classic Cars Houston Showroom is excited to offer this amazing ALL STEEL 1929 Ford Model A "Rat Rod". This low-slung bad boy is powered by a 409 CID V8, which is topped by a "tri-deuce" setup. The engine is colored to match the frame, which is a deep gloss black. It features a CVF front kit, which is tastefully color matched, and helps keep the eyes focused on the finned Edelbrock valve covers and tri-deuce carb implementation. Stopping is handled by a Wilwood system, with solid rotors and multi-piston calipers at all 4 corners. This wicked ride has won at Houston Autorama, so you can count on winning multiple car show trophies yourself when you roll this baby out of your garage. The cloth top is in great shape, and is made of a modern weather resistant fabric. The body is painted in a gleaming metallic black, and features blue metallic flakes in it, so it really is amazing when the light hits it "just so". The all metal body has been outfitted with new weather stripping and seals, and the chop adds such a "mean" stance that people are just magnetically attracted to come see this thing. Even the windshield maintains its "tilt out ability". Inside, the new carpet is a modern woven fabric, and it fits just right. The leather covering most of the interior surfaces is a very high quality, and the aroma is just delectable. The custom billet shifter controls the automatic transmission with ease and precision. Behind the occupants, a cold-blowing rear air conditioning system is up to the task in the Houston heat, even considering the black exterior of the car. The AM/FM/CD sound system puts out plenty of quality sound to overcome the noise coming from the potent 409, but who wants to do that?! If youre looking for a one of a kind trophy winning rat rod that drives like a dream, this is the one for you!
