To mark one of the most significant milestones in its history, Chevrolet introduced the 50th Anniversary Edition Corvette in 2003. With just 6,277 miles, this 2003 Corvette is one of only 4,085 Sport Coupes ordered with the exclusive Code 1SC 50th Anniversary Edition Package.<\/p>\n
All 2003 Corvettes featured special 50th Anniversary badges on the hood and rear decklid, with the logo also appearing on the tachometer and speedometer, except for the Z06. The 1SC package added even more distinction with Anniversary Red “Xyrallic Crystal” paint, special front fender badges, and Champagne-painted 18-inch aluminum wheels. The two-tone Shale interior set it apart as the first C5 not to feature a black dash, incorporating leather trim on the armrests and door handles, along with embroidered 50th Anniversary logos on the headrests and floormats.<\/p>\n
Every 50th Anniversary Corvette came equipped with Magnetic Selective Ride Control, a heads-up display, electrochromic mirrors, a three-position memory package, twilight sentinel, and a power tilt and telescopic steering column. Additional features included power rack-and-pinion steering, four-wheel independent suspension, power disc brakes, fog lamps, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, and a removable roof panel.<\/p>\n
Under the hood, this Corvette is powered by the 5.7L LS1 V8 producing 350 horsepower, paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission and a 3.15 performance axle rear end. It also comes with a tinted glass roof panel and a Bose AM\/FM CD stereo. Documentation includes a copy of the original window sticker and the owner’s manual.<\/p>\n
