Starting with a V-6 Grand National block (serial #22514290), it\u2019s been upgraded with an aluminum high-rise manifold, a 650 cfm Holley 4-barrel carburetor, an aluminum Be-Cool radiator, and an electric fan. It\u2019s paired with a Turbo 350 transmission and a 10-bolt rear differential with shortened axles, delivering a satisfying rumble through side exhausts.<\/p>\n<p>A full gauge package by Auto Meter monitors water temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel. This is a naturally aspirated Grand National motor, built with Buick\u2019s internal modifications for power and reliability.<\/p>\n<p>The Metro now features rack-and-pinion steering and coil-overs for precise handling, with disc brakes up front and drum brakes in the rear. A dual master cylinder under the hood boosts braking safety. Larger wheels and 60-series rear tires ensure better grip on the road.<\/p>\n<p>Inside, it\u2019s equipped for comfort and convenience with a GM tilt steering wheel, heater, defroster, working windshield wiper, and horn. For music, there\u2019s a JVC receiver. The interior has been redone, though the original headliner shows some deterioration but remains intact.
