Of the various &#8217;59 Fords on the market today, condition-wise some are poor, some fair, some even good, but every once in a while there is that special one. That one is this one. Reason being it is not only absolutely beautiful, but it also can be driven anywhere, a rare combination. Many cars are pretty but mechanically inferior, others may run well but are weak cosmetically.<\/p>\n<p>Other reasons why this car is special is its startling appearance in red with white convertible roof, for a super attractive 2-tone look. Plus, with its 4-color complimentary interior of red, white, black, and silver factory combination creating a complete package in and out. In addition, it&#8217;s not just a regular Ford Galaxie, it&#8217;s a highly optioned car with power windows, power seats, power convertible roof, power steering, power brakes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>With many additional extras such as a gorgeous folding continental kit, with a full extension rear platform, town and country radio, chrome skirts, emblem-ed dual fender-ed chrome mirrors, bumper guards, and the list goes on &amp; on&#8230; But cosmetic features are only part of it, the mechanics are equally important. For authenticity, the car has the correct 352 V8 Interceptor 300 H.P. engine, but enhanced for reliability and performance, with a hi-tech ignition system, wires distributor, etc., an oversized aluminum radiator with optional electric fan for all-day cruising or parades, all new brakes which are power, and for ease of handling power steering. A power convertible nylon roof that goes up &amp; down flawlessly.<\/p>\n<p>This is a car that can actually be driven and enjoyed with reliability and confidence. Plus, cosmetically it is gorgeous front to back and top to bottom, with its excellent undercarriage, detailed engine compartment, and correct spotless trunk.
