The new car was designed to offer the interior room and feel of a big car that drivers of traditional domestic automobiles were accustomed to, but in a much smaller, aerodynamic, and purposefully distinctive exterior package.<\/p>\n<p>American Motors called it &#8216;Project Amigo&#8217; as a fresh design &#8216;featuring a body style not seen before, using the latest technology and exceeding upcoming safety regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s an iconic 1976 Pacer that is in turnkey condition finished in the original Burnished Bronze Metallic paint with off-white interior riding on a set of white wall tires. Its a sure, head turner! Cold air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, factory AM\/FM, radio drivers remote mirror and more. Lights, heater, horn, wipers all check out. For a car this original that is close to 50 years old that is pretty incredible.
