With standard fastback prices being what they are these days, this is actually quite the bargain! We understand, it’s not a real Shelby and we aren’t asking for real Shelby money, but if you’re looking for one to drive… you might actually enjoy this car more!<\/p>\n

A sporty and easy to start Fuel Injected 302 with a nice little cam and throaty exhaust certainly sounds the part, with better starting ability and fuel mileage as a bonus. Behind that is a 5 speed manual transmission, for additional fun and again… better fuel mileage on the highway. This car has been treated to Wilwood 4 wheel disc brakes, so stopping isn’t an issue and far safer than the old Kelsey Hayes front disc brakes youd find on an authentic GT500.<\/p>\n

Paint, body and interior on the car are all gorgeous. Rather than using an ill fitting fiberglass hood, this one was put together with a steel Shelby style hood that fits much nicer. Shelby inboard fog lights, triunk lid and end caps, valances \/ exhaust tips, side scoops and badges also added. No rust issues with this car!<\/p>\n

Creature comforts were added, such as sportier and much more comfortable TMI bucket seats that look similar to originals with more bolster to them. Fold down rear seat option rounds out the seating arrangements. The car was fitted with upgraded Shelby Gauges by Classic Instruments, as well as Power Windows, Stereo System, Shelby Style Wheel and Ice Cold A\/C. Road trips are no issue with this gorgeous car.<\/p>\n
