Offered here is a 2015 BMW i8 in metallic graphite-gray (“”sophisto grau””) over multi-tone gray and black “”spheric perforated/amido””). The condition is exceptional, the result of fastidious owner-care and commitment to proper maintenance. It could easily be mistaken for brand new.

The car’s exterior paint and trim is free of signs of wear. The sculpted body panels show no damage. The graphite gray color is accented with gloss black on several surfaces and tasteful bright blue flashes on trim, notably on the bodysides, rear panel, and front grille. Blue is the color BMW chose to identify its eDrive vehicles. All BMW roundel logos on the car are surrounded by a subtle border in the same blue color. Tinted cabin glass and all lighting lenses-including LED lighting front and rear-are clear and unmarred. Model-specific 20-inch multi-split-spoke wheels with BMW-logo center caps wear Pirelli® P Zero 215/45 tires. Cross-drilled brake rotors can be seen between the wheel openings. The upward-tilting cabin doors are in keeping with the i8’s unique design and build, and their visible carbon-fiber composite structure shows this is anything-but-superficial trim.

Inside, the hybrid-supercar impression combines innovative-but-restrained style with BMW’s legendary build quality. Multi-tone gray leather upholstery covers the seating surfaces and charcoal gray carpet covers the floors. Behind the 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel, the sculpted dashboard design mirrors the car’s exterior styling. Instruments and gauges are laid out in logical BMW fashion, but with exceptional graphics unique to the i8. The center stack includes controls for the Harman/Kardon® audio system; the console houses the shift lever for the automatic transmission and the joystick-type control knob for the digital infotainment interface. Ambient cabin lighting in blue extends the exterior style to the car’s interior.

Viewed from below, the car’s multiple-motor/center transmission running gear is protected by extensive panels offering only limited views of the gas and electric powerplants and suspension geometry. Short of an in-person inspection, the like-new condition of the undercarriage can best be assessed by viewing the photos in the gallery.

The full complement of owner literature, both telemetric keys, a factory charging cable, and factory-provided tire sealant kit are included in the sale. The car’s original identification tags remain in place.
