1968 Pontiac Firebird 400 Convertible finished in the sought-after Q-code Verdoro Green with black vinyl interior. Originally equipped with a 400CI V8, it’s now fitted with a replacement 400CI (6.6L) V8 paired to a 4-speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter. PHS documentation is included.

This Firebird is fully restored and in excellent overall condition. It features power steering, power brakes, and a hood-mounted tach. The interior is very clean with new seat covers and armrests, a faux walnut center console with clock and storage, Pontiac-logo floor mats, a factory Delco AM radio, and a passenger grab bar. The power-operated black convertible top functions properly, and the matching black boot is included.

Body lines are straight, and all panels align well. Chrome, trim, and badging are intact and show beautifully. The engine bay is clean, the trunk is lined and includes a spare tire, and the undercarriage is tidy with dual exhaust that sounds great. It rides on BF Goodrich Radial T/As wrapped around factory PMD Rally wheels.

There is a small tear on the driver’s seat (repair estimate of $300). The car drives, handles, and runs very well, and it’s part of a well-kept collection of high-end classic cars stored in Massachusetts. Clean title in the owner’s name.
